NorthStar Protection, an American-owned elite security guard and investigations company is currently seeking self-motivated and well spoken individuals for sales positions. Qualified candidates will receive hourly compensation, notable commission, and expense reimbursement. This position will evolve into a salaried management position for candidates that excel above the rest. Duties and responsibilities will be further explained during the interview process.
Candidate requirements include: Sales experience a must; Security industry experience a plus; Reliable personal transportation with proof of insurance; Outgoing and driven individual; Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Guard Levels and minimum requirements:
Tier 1 Guards: (Ranks: Security Officer, Security Officer First Class, Corporal: Field Officer,
Sergeant: Security Specialist)
- Must possess an active FL class "D" license
- Able to successfully pass a drug & alcohol test
- Must pass a comprehensive criminal history, driving record, and background check
- Must possess great communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Prior law enforcement, security, and/or military experience a plus
Tier 2 Guard-Supervisors: (Ranks: Staff Sergeant: Area Security Supervisor, Gunnery Sergeant:
County Security Supervisor, Lieutenant: Regional Manager)
- Must possess same qualifications as tier 1 officers
- High school graduate or GED holder
- Must be in good physical condition and able to pass a physical fitness exam
- Minimum 1-year security supervisory experience
- Must be able to interact effectively and professionally with clients
- Experience with computers and office software required
Tier 3 Guard-Managers: (Ranks: Captain: Field Manager, Major: Security Manager, Lt. Colonel:
Operations Manager, Colonel: Director/Field Commander)
- Must possess same qualifications as tier 1 and tier 2 officers
- Minimum 3-year security supervisory experience
- Minimum 2-year military experience with honorable discharge
- Military experience can be waived for 4-year college degree or 6-year security supervisory experience
