We are seeking self-motivated and well spoken individuals for sales positions. Qualified candidates will receive notable commission and expense reimbursement. Personal transportation required. Sales experience is a must. This position will become a salaried management position for candidates that excel above the rest. Duties and responsibilities will be further explained during the interview process.

We are currently looking for qualified and experienced security guards of all levels to join our team. Successful applicants will have an excellent opportunity to move up in rank within our company. We offer great benefits and competitive salaries.

Security Guard locations being hired for:
- Lakeland, FL
- Key West, FL
- Miami-Dade County
- Broward County
- Palm Beach County
Guard Levels and minimum requirements:
Tier 1 Guards: (Ranks: Guard, Sergeant)
- Must possess an active FL class "D" license
- Able to successfully pass a drug & alcohol test
- Must pass a comprehensive criminal history, driving record, and background check
- Must possess great communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Prior law enforcement, security, and/or military experience a plus
Tier 2 Guard-Supervisors: (Ranks: Lieutenant, Captain)
- Must possess same qualifications as tier 1 officers
- High school graduate or GED holder
- Must be in good physical condition and able to pass a physical fitness exam
- Minimum 1-year security supervisory experience
- Must be able to interact effectively and professionally with clients
- Experience with computers and office software required
Tier 3 Guard-Managers: (Ranks: Major, Lt. Colonel)
- Must possess same qualifications as tier 1 and tier 2 officers
- Minimum 3-year security supervisory experience
- Minimum 2-year military experience with honorable discharge
- Military experience can be waived for 2-year college degree or 5-year security supervisory experience
